Our Grants

The Aubrey & Marla Dan Foundation collaborates with over 50 dynamic charitable partners through annual and multi-year grants. Together, we’re advancing a shared mission to address youth mental health and homelessness across Ontario.

Our funding continuum is designed to foster long-term growth, amplify impact, and encourage meaningful collaboration. Charities become members of the AMDF Family through our Nurture Grant.

Giving Guidelines

  • Be a Canadian registered charity
  • Be located in Ontario
  • Measure impact and submit an annual report

Grants are by invitation only. Funding for 2026 is now closed. We are not accepting unsolicited funding requests. We do not fund religious or political organizations or provide sponsorships.

Our Values

AMDF is a family foundation rooted in Jewish values. Guided by compassion, inclusion, and respect, we are deeply committed to supporting charities that foster dignity and the well-being of all communities.

Consistent with these values, AMDF expects its charitable partners to uphold principles of respect and inclusion. We may decline, suspend, withhold, or terminate funding where a charity’s public communications, online presence, affiliated content, activities, leadership, or conduct promote, amplify, or tolerate antisemitism or any other form of hatred, discrimination, harassment, violence, or conduct that is inconsistent with our values or charitable objectives.

AMDF is non-partisan and seeks to ensure its philanthropy supports initiatives that strengthen communities, foster mutual respect, and advance the well-being of all.
